  • Jason Eitel is the director of Home Loans and More, and has almost two decades of home finance broking experience. He purchased his first property at 19 years of age, and an additional investment property at 22.

    “At Home Loans and More, our team believes in project managing your loan – from discussing real estate offers, buying shares, consolidating debt, along with liaising with real estate agents, conveyancers, accountants and financial planners – to make the experience hassle free from start to finish.“

  • Lucrezia Eitel is responsible for the day to day running of the business behind the scenes, working with Jason and Portia handling all aspects of your finance application.  This includes 100% electronic lodgement with all lenders, handling progress claims for construction and following up to ensure timeframes are managed as efficiently as possible. Having purchased her first home at 22, and now owning a number of investment properties, Lucrezia has a great understanding of what is involved when you purchase real estate.
